Matthew Krivitsky joined Smith Mazure as an Associate in 2024. He received his law degree from Hofstra Law School. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from SUNY Binghamton University where he majored in philosophy, politics and law. 

Mr. Krivitsky focuses his practice on a variety of areas which includes Automobile and Transportation, Claims Management, Construction Accidents, Construction Defect, Excess Risk Claims, General Liability, Insurance Coverage Litigation, Municipal Liability, No Fault/Uninsured Motorist Coverage, and Premise, Property and Security Liability.
