Vincent A. Brescia is of counsel to the firm. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree is also from Fordham University. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
He has been employed in private firms and as staff counsel for several insurance carriers, most recently for 20 years with Liberty Mutual in their New York office. He has handled Labor law claims, as well as Premise, property damage, automobile, including No Fault/Uninsured Motorist Coverage.
