Evan D. Yagerman is a Member of the firm. Mr. Yagerman received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York for both State and Federal Court. 

In addition, Mr. Yagerman was named a "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Mr. Yagerman focuses his practice on civil litigation which includes Automobile and Transportation, Construction Accidents, Insurance, General Liability and Premise, Property and Security Liability.  Mr. Yagerman is an experienced litigator who has successfully tried cases to verdict, and has obtained many favourable settlements on behalf of his clients.
