George J. Carpenter joins Smith Mazure as a Senior Associate of the firm.  He received his law degree from New York Law School in 1983 and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Stony Brook.  Mr. Carpenter is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Carpenter has more than thirty years of experience litigating cases involving construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, municipal liability and wrongful death.  He handles these cases from inception through trial.
