Adam W. Scheinbach has been a successful litigation attorney in New York since 1997. He has a proven track record of fighting zealously for the rights of his clients and of helping his clients win. He has extensive experience working on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs, in many varieties of personal injury, insurance defense, coverage and subrogation cases.
He has taken at least 20 jury trial cases to verdict, and obtained numerous favorable decisions on successful summary judgment motions and appeals on Labor Law, premises, motor vehicle, and other tort cases, for both plaintiffs and defendants in his more than 25 years of civil litigation.
Since joining Smith Mazure, P.C. in 2022, Mr. Scheinbach has been a strong and dedicated advocate for the firm’s clients.
