Catherine J. Poissant began her career with Smith Mazure as an Associate and elevated to becoming a Member of the firm. She received her law degree from Hofstra University and undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University. Ms. Poissant is licensed to practice law in the State of New York in both State and Federal Court.

Ms. Poissant has strong litigation experience and concentrates her practice in the areas of Construction Accidents, General Liability, and Transportation Accidents.
