Steven D. Phillips is a Member of the firm.  He received his law degree from Ohio State University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University. Mr. Phillips is admitted to practice law in both State and Federal Court for New York.  He is also admitted to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Mr. Phillip's focuses his practice at Smith Mazure as a Trial Attorney. He  handles a heavy calendar practice in litigating cases that reach to trial status. In addition, he also focuses his practice in the areas of Automobile and Transportation, Construction Accidents, Excess Risk, General Liability, Mold & Toxic Tort Litgation, Municipal Litigation and Premises, Property and Security Liability.
