Jeffrey M. Pepe joined the firm as an Associate. He received his law degree from Albany Law School and his undergraduate degree with a major in Psychology from Hofstra University.  He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of New York, U.S. District Court, Eastern District as well as Southern District and the State of New Jersey.

Following law school, Mr. Pepe practiced law and has litigation experience in a variety of areas.  He is a Member of the Defense Association of New York.  He focuses his practice in a wide range of practice areas within the firm, which includes, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Appellate Practice, Automobile and Transportation, Claims Management, Construction Accidents, Construction Defect, General Liability, Insruance Coverage Litigation, No-Fault/Uninsured Motorist Coverage and Premise, Property and Security Liability.
