Joel M. Simon is a Senior Member of the firm. He received his law degree from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany. Mr. Simon is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, New Jersey and Florida.

Mr. Simon's particular experience ranges over a variety of areas from Insurance Coverage, Construction Accidents and General Liability, Municipal Litigation, Premise and Security Liability and Products Liability. In addition, he handles voluminous cases involving appeals for the firm.
