Matthew E. Markoff received a full law scholarship and graduated Salutatorian from Touro Law School. He received two undergraduate degrees from Binghamton University--one, summa cum laude, in Political Science and the other, cum laude, in History.

Matthew E. Markoff is an experienced litigator who has been involved in all aspects of litigation including complex matters in the areas of Construction Accidents, Construction Defect, General Liability, Automobile and Transportation, Large Property Loss, No-Fault/Uninsured Motorist Coverage and Personal Injury before administrative bodies and in both State and Federal courts.

Mr. Markoff has represented both foreign and domestic companies in various jurisdictions. He is experienced with Insurance Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Mediation. Mr. Markoff offers strategic and goal oriented representation in all of his practice areas.
