Stacy I. Malinow received her law degree from New York Law School and received her undergraduate from State University of New York, She is admitted to practice law in , New York, U.S. Supreme Court, United States District Court, for both Eastern and Southern Districts, Connecticut and Florida.

Ms. Malinow has extensive litigation experience in a variety of areas.  She focuses her litigation practice in the areas of Appellate Practice, Automobile and Transportation, Construction Accidents, Excess Risk Claims, General Liability, Insurance Coverage Litigation, Lead Paint, Mold and Toxic Tort Litigation, Municipal Litigation, Premise and Security Liability, Products Liability, Subrogation , Premises, Property and Security Liability and Subrogation Litigation.

In addition to her prestigious background as a litigator, Stacy has also won numerous awards for her legal writing and was a Member of the Law Review of New York Law School.
